About the Teacher

Sue Hindle is a Senior International AOL Teacher. She has been meditating for over 45 years and has been teaching now for 25 years across 37 countries. She’s also a mother, grandmother and retired solicitor, with a lifetime of experience in how to apply the knowledge, skills and techniques of AOL to help folks navigate the challenges of everyday life with a smile, for well being, health and happiness.
