About the Teacher

Chris Dale is a committed yogi and meditator of 48 years, and is the most senior Art of Living Teacher in Australia, the first to teach the Art of Silence Program.

Chris was personally instructed in the Sahaj Samadhi technique in 1993 by Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, the founder of Art of Living.

He has taught meditation around Australia as well as in Bali and India.
